Specialist Advice Requirements

InfraInnov does not provide: legal advice, formal compliance audit services, penetration testing, formal cybersecurity certification assessment, certified data protection advice, formal financial advice, or regulated professional services requiring specific qualification or authorisation.
Supplier and Third-Party Responsibilities

- Ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are involved in the consultancy process
- Confirming technical information with their own staff, suppliers, and existing advisers
- Obtaining appropriate specialist advice for legal, compliance, security, and regulated matters
- Making informed decisions before acting on consultancy recommendations
- Taking responsibility for implementation decisions, supplier selection, and procurement
No Certifications, Partnerships or Guarantees Implied
